Suggested Use
1. Place the collar around the neck and secure the fixed snaps.
2. Adjust the front height level according to your comfort.
3. Connect the USB switch cable to a 5V 2A power source.
4. Select a suitable heating level if warm compress is needed.
5. Sit upright and relax during use.
6. Recommended use: up to 3 times per day, no more than 30 minutes each time.

Please use only a 5V 2A power source.

Product as shown in the photos and described. The traction is adjustable to a maximum level that is sufficient for adequate traction without being excessive. The heating extends behind the neck and onto the neck and has an appropriate temperature.
