This was by far the worst item i ordered. The quality was bad, even for the price. It didn’t come with any instructions, and trust me, you’re going to need them. After spending about 20 minutes figuring out how to put it on, i realized it didn’t really do what it claimed. It didn’t help correct my posture or support my back—especially my lower back. It felt more like wearing a vest that was way too small.
If you still decide to buy it, make sure to size up if you want it to do anything at all. I don’t recommend it. It’s hard to put on, hard to take off, and i wouldn’t buy this again—even if it were free.

The product is clean. The straps are wide and do not dig into the armpits. It indeed improves posture.
It's a simple product, but it's cheap so I think it's worth the price. It was good because wearing it prevented my shoulders from turning inward.
Fast shipping and delivery. The belt is as described. Simple posture belt. Provides support for the upper back. My muscles stopped feeling tense, and I no longer feel pain when wearing this belt. The only inconvenience is that it presses a little under the armpits. But you can get used to it. Thank you :)

Delivery was a bit slow, but it's nice because the length is adjustable and it holds firmly. I need to maintain a good posture!
